Many clients have asked what are the benefits of chiropractic care? What happens on my first visit and after that? At Explore Chiropractic we take time to get to know you and your health needs. On your first visit you will have a consultation, evaluation and nerve scan performed to help you see how well your body is functioning day to day. You may also be having x-rays on your first visit to help Dr. Bremer determine the best recommendations for you. You will then be scheduled for a second visit called your "Wellness Report" where Dr. Bremer will review your findings and recommendations to help guide you on your wellness path. The two of you will review time frames, financial concerns and set goals on your planned course of action.
Wellness
We also offer a state of the art Wellnees Assessment. Connie will have you complete a very detailed questionairre and then you will be lead through a series of tests to help determine your Wellness Quotient(WQ#). This number allows you to see where you ar at with your overall health. If you choose, we can then help coach and guide you with nutritional support and lifestyle enhancements. The great thing about your WQ# is you CAN change it!!!
